Somebody put something in my drink

...aaaaaaaand, done!

Wow, I didn't think I'd see the day, but the long expected tavern is finally finished! And this time I mean the paintjob.

Please feast your eyes on what I would humbly call my "masterwork". Not because it is so extraordinarily outstanding, but because I must have listened to "Master of Puppets" about 1000 times while building it ;-)
And of course also because it is the biggest most time-consuming building I ever made. And because I think it is my best building so far.

Since I could not come up with a really satisfying name for the Inn, I chose to represent a little pint of Pat's Finest on the tavern-sign. My favourites were "The Tumbling Turtle Inn" and "Ale in a shell Tavern". Got better suggestions? I'd love to read them!

    @Oka: Merci beaucoup! J'hésite pourtant encore à peindre les volets des fenêtres avec des raies rouges/blanches. Tu sais, comme sur les maisons de 1600 1700...

    Regardez moi cette magnifique auberge faite par MON Thomas (et oui, il n´est qu´à moi!!!). J´ai hâte d´y passer une nuit, peut-être même mes vacances.On m´a dit qu´il y avait pas mal de choses à visiter dans cette ancienne ville historique appelée Mordheim ;)

    Oui absolument je vois de quoi tu parles - mais en fait je crains que ton auberge prenne du coup l'aspect d'une antenne médicale - ... maintenant c'est ton oeuvre donc ta vision des choses...En tout cas bluffant une nouvelle fois...

    pffff t'es chiant thoumas, tu veux pas faire un truc VRAIMENT moche pour une fois?

    non chapeau chapeau, rien à dire. la passerelle a l'air super, sauf pour la petite planche de bois qu'on voit sur la photo "Taverne+(4).jpg" et qui sert à passer du premier étage au 2ème étage... pas très pratique pour monter dessus avec une fig! Mais bon c'est du détail.
    Pour le nom, c'est chiant que personne n'émette des suggestions! Allez les gars! Des noms de tavernes à gogo, c'est pourtant pas dur! :)
    Moi j'aime bien ton idée d'allitération en T, mais ce serait plus cool si le premier mot était composé de 3 syllabes en rythme ternaire. Exemple: the Travelling Turtle Inn (ca fait un rythme 3 - 2 - 1 que j'aime bien). Maintenant, il faut trouver un adjectif autre que "travelling", car il n'y a pas assez de T dans travelling :)
    Peut-être "Tottering"?

    Bref, voila, superbe boulot!

    ah euh mince, pour la petite planche en bois qui relie les deux niveaux de la passerelle latérale, en fait c'est une échelle, j'avais mal vu... du coup, les règles pour les échelles s'appliquent et mon commentaire précédent perd de sa pertinence. n'en prends pas compte. Désolé.

    We have just started a Mordheim campaign (as a lead-in to, and hopefully part of, the Nemesis Crown campaign).

    The Halibuteers aren't having much luck yet!

    Cool! :)

    It's a shame some of the models are not painted though... And you need more scenery! Mordheim is about 3-dimensional battlefields. The more levels/platforms, the better!
